We source all our agaves from Los Altos de Jalisco, picking them at 6 - 7 years old and carefully selected by experienced jimadores.

Cooking
The agave is cooked for 36 hours with direct steam and high temperature in hornos de mampostería, followed by 24 hours of resting time.

Extraction
The agave juice is carefully extracted using a 5-step roller mill, ensuring the essence of the agave is preserved.tory in one or two lines.

Fermentation
Tell your proceThe fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel vats and takes approximately 72 hours, respecting the natural essence and character of the agave.ss story in one or two lines.

Destilation
Our distillation process is all about patience and precision. With stainless pots and copper coils, we double distill to preserve the pure essence of our 100% agave tequila.

Aging
We age our tequila in used American oak barrels, with our Reposado resting for 8 months and our Añejo for 19 months.

Bottling
As a final process, we proceed to the filtration and dilution of the liquid for bottling.
